Payment can be made on delivery (directly at the time of delivery with cash), or by previous bank transfer (for bank coordinates please contact).
Guarantee
The products have a minimum guarantee of 12 months from date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in materials and / or workmanship, and does not cover damage caused by neglect, alteration or improper use of the product.
Right of return
According to D. Decree 185/99 (consumer protection in distance contracts) the right of withdrawal may be exercised by the customer no later than 7 working days from receipt of goods ordered, the right of withdrawal rests solely with the customer – consumer who purchase for purposes unrelated to his work and economic activity and therefore buys communicating to the Supplier, together with personal details, your tax code.
The products purchased can be returned with full refund of the amount paid subject to the postage for the return of the material.
The material should be made whole in all its parts, including packaging.
1. Exclusion from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customers purchasing for purposes related to his work (eg: instrumental use, resale, etc..) Informs the Supplier and therefore its VAT. The right of withdrawal is also excluded in the following cases:
• Purchase of goods made or customized.
• Purchase of reeds.
2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending from the Client, within the period mentioned above, a letter with return receipt addressed to the Site. This communication must necessarily contain all that follows:
a. The document number (invoice – shipping document) that is being exercised;
b. The expressed will of the customer wishes to terminate in whole or in part from the purchase contract;
c. The description and part numbers for which you exercise the right of withdrawal;
d. Copy of purchase document (invoice – transport document) for the order the subject of withdrawal;
e. Customer’s bank details (bank account, ABI, CAB, account holder if different from customer).
In the absence of the requirements set out in paragraphs 1 and 2, the Supplier will not recognize the right of withdrawal to the customer. For of the relationship the customer agrees to keep and cherish with the utmost care and diligence the goods received and for which it intends to exercise the right of cancellation, keeping intact together with the original packaging, internal and external, and all the accessories that come with each product. Following receipt of the letter with which the customer communicates his intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Supplier, checked that the above requirements, communicate by e-mail to the customer how to make the return of products to the Supplier . The Customer undertakes to return the products for which it was exercised the right of withdrawal no later than 15 (fifteen) days from the communication mode of sending the goods to the supplier. The costs and risks of transport for the return are fully paid by the customer. The return of products that are damaged, deteriorated or lacking in accessories or original equipment will not be accepted by the Supplier and will be returned to the sender with an increase in transport costs. The Provider shall, on receipt of goods in accordance with the above and do the due diligence, will reimburse the customer in the shortest possible time.
